Elpa Agro is the exclusive recruiting office of Van Dijck Groenteproducties and its partners Siberia BV and Groentemakers, based in the province of Limburg in the Netherlands, who are family businesses specialized in growing high amounts of freshly harvested vegetables. The season starts from May until October, where more than 800 seasonal employees take care of the planting and harvesting activities, but also the logistics, the preparation, and the transport.
